I design expertly crafted custom learning experiences that effectively and efficiently train teams using interactive and engaging materials.  Whether it is simplifying operations or bridging the gap between education and technology, I do everything possible to create the best learning environment for learners (leaders or team members).  I build a variety of one-of-a-kind self-paced eLearning or instructor-led courses that provide the appropriate resources and personalization to maximize learning capabilities.

My services include end-to-end project management, needs analysis, audience analysis, task analysis, delivery method analysis, design, development, and review (rinse & repeat) to refine content as many times as necessary until everyone is in agreement on the final product.  Then pilot.
