Challenge: Leaders can sometimes say inappropriate things in conversation with team members.

Solution: Create a basic refresher course for leaders.

Result:  Without pointing fingers, this training reminded all leaders about the appropriateness of their conversations with team members.  Leaders have been observed to be more mindful of the context of their conversations post-training.
