StoryLine 360 Leadership Development Training 

Challenge: The organizational internal survey indicated that a good number of associates felt they were getting 'representatives' of leaders who would appear to not display real empathy towards the associates in times of need.  

Solution: To remind leaders to cascade the message down about true authentic and empathetic leaders, I recommend starting at the top with a reminder/refresher module to help leaders remember this important competency and why they became leaders. 

Result: The internal survey scores increased the following year.
